Schneider Electric in Dallas, TX is seeking a Service Specialist I to service complex system issues on time and to the customer’s satisfaction. You will troubleshoot and repair customer systems, perform maintenance, and support warranty work while analyzing customer needs for expanded product offerings.

Postiion: Service Specialist I

Location: Dallas, TX

This position is responsible for servicing complex system issues on time and to the customersatisfaction. These specialists will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing customer systems, performing scheduled maintenance, and performing warranty work. They are also esponsible for analyzing customer needs and making suggestions regarding expanded product offerings to existing customers. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary job duty satisfactorily.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 54,400 - USD 81,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
