Job summary

Schneider Electric in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Service Specialist II to troubleshoot, repair, and start up complex customer systems. You will develop hardware selections and software applications, perform check-out of control systems and VFDs, and coordinate subcontractors as needed.

Responsibilities include cost estimates, documentation, and suggesting system improvements to meet customer needs with a focus on on-time delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Three or more years of trade and/or relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated focus on the customer.
  • SSX/EcoStruxture or Tridium knowledge and experience.
  • Offer and Application Knowledge.

Position: Service Specialist II
Location: Dallas, TX

This position is responsible for servicing complex system issues on time and to the customer's satisfaction. These specialists will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing customer systems, performing scheduled maintenance, and performing warranty work. They are also esponsible for analyzing customer needs and making suggestions regarding expanded product offerings to existing customers. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary job duty satisfactorily.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
