Job summary

Signal of Hampton Roads is seeking an Operations Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and manage daily site activities for Dedicated Officers. This role supports the Director and Franchise Owners, ensuring efficient operations, strong client service, and scalable processes.

The position requires leadership experience, a DCJS security license, and flexible availability including weekends. A bachelor's degree is preferred, with clear communication, reliability, and the ability to cover posts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Complete training modules within first month.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Adapt to procedures and problem-solving mindset.
• Must be able to move equipment up to 20 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have ability to read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, direct and manage daily site activities.
• Partner with Director and Franchise Owners to drive efficiency.
• Lead and develop officers and supervisors for service quality.
• Oversee scheduling, postings and incident follow-up.
• Attend and conduct weekly Coordinator meetings and reviews.
• Improve processes and operational efficiency across sites.
