Job summary

Signal of Hampton Roads is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee daily site activities for the dedicated officers and report to franchise owners and the director. The role requires flexible availability, including weekends, and a proven ability to lead and implement scalable growth within a franchise setting.

Active DCJS security license is REQUIRED, along with a valid driver's license and competence in English.

Qualifications

• Active DCJS license REQUIRED.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to read, speak and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, direct and manage daily site activities of the assigned work by all Dedicated Officers.
• Assist the Director in managing efficiency ensuring that all on-site services run smoothly and effectively.
• Lead scalable growth initiatives within a franchise brand and ensure coverage and compliance.

Reports To: Franchise Owners and Director

Pay Rate: Starting at $60,000 yearly

Self-motivated and results-driven integrator who will help plan, develop, implement, and lead a dynamically growing organization with optimal efficiency, and compliance.

Additional Requirements

• Active DCJS license REQUIRED - applicants must ALREADY HAVE their DCJS security license.
• Ensures that all shifts are filled at least one month in advance reviewing and approving time off requests from Branch Supervisors and below. MUST ALSO HAVE THE ABILITY TO COVER POSTS AS NEEDED IN ADDITION TO GENERAL COORDINATOR DUTIES.
