Qualifications

• DCJS unarmed license required.
• CPR and AED certifications required.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• Must be punctual, dependable and flexible with schedule.
• Able to operate a smartphone and complete patrols as directed.
• Willingness to a mobile driving position and predetermined patrol routes.

Responsibilities

• Will conduct and deliver dedicated security services as per post orders.
• Write detailed shift reports using company software.
• Arrive on time, clock in/out, and follow dress code and instructions.
• Interact with clients and on-site staff to maintain peace of mind.
• Report issues promptly to the supervisor and client.
• Manage equipment and keys, ensuring proper care of assets.
• Deescalate incidents professionally and maintain service quality.
• Communicate client needs and post-order changes to ensure efficiency.
