Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) in Norfolk, VA seeks a Program Analyst for Deployable Communications and Information Systems (DCIS) to provide onsite support. You will address program issues, track changes, and maintain logs while coordinating milestones and quality reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; MSP/PRINCE2/ PMI certification preferred.
• 5+ years in project management with comms or information systems integration.
• 3+ years managing risks and issues in complex programs.
• 3+ years applying change management within capability programs.
• 3+ years conducting program and project quality reviews and audits.

Responsibilities

• Capture, assess, and communicate changes affecting the program and its projects.
• Maintain program issue logs and track resolutions.
• Facilitate identification and sequencing of key activities and milestones.
• Review Joint Staff Reports and project specifications for clarity and accuracy.
• Support lesson identification and capability gap analysis; keep CPPs coherent with NATO CIS goals.
• Identify and monitor program risks, craft responses, and maintain risk logs.
