Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Program Analyst for JISR&A Integration on-site in Norfolk, VA.

You will support joint intelligence, surveillance, and awareness capability products and engage across DOTMLPFI with NATO governance to drive capability development. Qualified candidates have a Master’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience, 3+ years briefing leaders, and 2+ years in program management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience substituted for education.
• 3+ years briefing senior leaders and/or decision-makers within the last 10 years.
• 5+ years in intelligence fusion and integration at Joint or Strategic level.
• 2+ years in Program/Project Management in a complex environment.
• Must be onsite based on client needs and hold active NATO or NationalSecret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of JISR&A capability products per NATO governance.
• Engage DOTMLPFI lines of development and provide analytical expertise.
• Coordinate with ACT leadership, stakeholders, and partners; travel up to 40 days/yr.
• Develop, analyze, and review JISR&A policies, directives, and concepts of operation.
