Job summary

The OED Technical Lead will provide leadership for all personnel, assign tasks, and supervise ongoing technical efforts to support intelligence analysis requirements.

Preferred candidates will hold an active TS‑SCI clearance and have extensive experience in intelligence analysis, HUMINT, SIGINT, and cyber investigations, with strong project management

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience leading technical efforts or supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements.
• 7 years of experience supporting the intelligence community or related Government, industrial, and academic communities in intelligence collection and policy.
• 7 years of experience using principles, concepts, and methodologies of intelligence analysis, including HUMINT and SIGINT.
• 5 years of experience developing requirements and methodologies to collect, analyze, manage, and present intelligence in support of cyber investigations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and guidance for all personnel assigned to the OED, including assigning tasks and supervising ongoing efforts.
• Manage performance of the team and ensure quality and efficiency of the work, assisting DC3 with financial and business processes.
• Oversee coordination with stakeholders to align intelligence activities with cyber investigations and operations.

Responsibilities

• The OED Technical Lead shall provide overall leadership and guidance for all personnel assigned to the
• OED, including assigning tasks to personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall performance of the team.
• The OED Technical Lead shall be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the performance and shall assist DC3 with all financial and business processes.

Basic Qualifications

• US Citizen with an Active Top Secret clearance with TS‑SCI clearance eligible and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• 7 years of experience leading technical efforts or supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements.
• 7 years of experience supporting the intelligence community or related Government, industrial, and academic communities in the areas of intelligence collection and policy and intelligence systems and capabilities.
• 7 years of experience using principles, concepts, and methodologies of intelligence analysis, including, but not limited to, the use of HUMINT and SIGINT methods
• 5 years of experience developing requirements and methodologies to collect, analyze, manage, and present intelligence in support of cyber investigations and operations.
• 5 years of experience writing various analytical reports (e.g., IIRs), serialized intelligence products, and operational cyber threat products).
• 5 years of experience for project management experience (e.g., responsible for handling project scope, cost, resources, risk, and schedule).
