Job summary

Evolver is seeking a seasoned project manager to serve as the Primary Point of Contact for the XT directorate, providing overall management and oversight of all contractor activities and ensuring seamless communication between Government and Contractor teams.

The role requires US citizenship, TS‑SCI eligibility, PMP certification, and 8 years of experience managing a project within a high intensity environment and a complex mission.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with an Active Top Secret clearance with TS‑SCI clearance eligible and ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and oversight of all contractor personnel and activities.
• Facilitate seamless communication between Government and Contractor teams.
• Track and document all requirements and activities using industry‑best standards for continuous DC3 monitoring and evaluation.
• Ensure the quality and efficiency of the Contractor's performance.
• Assist the Government with financial and business processes related to the contract.
• Possess the authority to make binding decisions for the Contractor's organization and proactively alert the Government to potential issues.

Summary

• Primary Point of Contact (POC) for the XT directorate. The XT Task Lead / EA Task Lead / Data Task Lead shall provide overall management and oversight of all activities performed by personnel.
• The lead shall facilitate communications, use industry‑best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements and activities to allow for continuous monitoring and evaluation, and ensure all tasks are accomplished IAW this PWS. The lead shall be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the performance and shall assist DC3 with financial and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• US Citizen with an Active Top Secret – SCI clearance and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• 10 years of experience managing a project within a high intensity environment, and a complex mission.
