Job Description:The 3P Coordinator supports end-to-end execution of third-party footwear volume across DC1 and partner operations. This role monitors live-load flow, ensures product is dispersed to downstream work areas in time to support set-week launches, and coordinates items requiring MOD processing. The Coordinator serves as a key communication link among DC operations, 3P partners, Transportation, home-office Quality Assurance, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Success requires strong attention to detail, proactive follow-up, curiosity, and accountability for identifying and resolving issues that could affect product flow, compliance, or partner commitments.RESPONSIBILITIES:Monitor 3P footwear live loads from arrival through unloading and movement to downstream processing areasCoordinate the timely dispersal of footwear to support set-week launches and agreed partner delivery datesTrack product routed through MOD and partner with operational teams to remove barriers and maintain workflowMaintain visibility to incoming 3P footwear, order priorities, inventory status, workload, and open risksServe as a primary point of contact between DC1 teams, 3P partners, Transportation, and home-office stakeholdersPartner with home-office Quality Assurance to research, communicate, and resolve vendor-compliance violationsProvide frequent, accurate email and operational updates on product flow, exceptions, actions, and expected completion timingEscalate risks proactively and coordinate cross-functional resolution of issues affecting compliance, capacity, service, or partner commitmentsIdentify process gaps and recommend improvements that increase accuracy, visibility, and flow across 3P operationsPerform other duties as assigned based on business needsQUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or equivalentAt least 1–2 years of distribution, logistics, transportation, inventory, or coordinator experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear and timely email communicationStrong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesDemonstrated critical-thinking, research, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and curious approachAbility to build effective working relationships across DC operations, home-office teams, carriers, and external partnersProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and SharePointExperience with warehouse management, transportation, reporting, or inventory systems preferredAble to work overtime, including additional days, based on business needsCompany DescriptionAbercrombie & Fitch Co.
