Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a 3P Coordinator to oversee end-to-end third-party footwear execution across DC1 and partner operations in Columbus, OH.

You will monitor live loads, coordinate timely dispersal for set-week launches, and maintain clear visibility of orders and risks. In this role you will partner with DC teams, 3P suppliers, Transportation, and QA to resolve issues, communicate status updates, and drive improvements that enhance accuracy, flow, and compliance across 3P

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of distribution, logistics, or coordinator experience preferred.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive problem solving and follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor 3P footwear live loads from arrival through unloading.
  • Coordinate dispersal of footwear for set-week launches.
  • Track product through MOD and remove workflow barriers.
  • Maintain visibility of incoming 3P footwear, priorities, inventory, workload, risks.
  • Primary contact between DC1, 3P partners, Transportation, and home-office.
  • Research and resolve vendor-compliance violations with QA.
  • Provide frequent, accurate email and ops updates on flow and timing.
  • Escalate risks and coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Description:**The 3P Coordinator supports end-to-end execution of third-party footwear volume across DC1 and partner operations. This role monitors live-load flow, ensures product is dispersed to downstream work areas in time to support set-week launches, and coordinates items requiring MOD processing. The Coordinator serves as a key communication link among DC operations, 3P partners, Transportation, home-office Quality Assurance, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Success requires strong attention to detail, proactive follow-up, curiosity, and accountability for identifying and resolving issues that could affect product flow, compliance, or partner commitments.**RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Monitor 3P footwear live loads from arrival through unloading and movement to downstream processing areas* Coordinate the timely dispersal of footwear to support set-week launches and agreed partner delivery dates* Track product routed through MOD and partner with operational teams to remove barriers and maintain workflow* Maintain visibility to incoming 3P footwear, order priorities, inventory status, workload, and open risks* Serve as a primary point of contact between DC1 teams, 3P partners, Transportation, and home-office stakeholders* Partner with home-office Quality Assurance to research, communicate, and resolve vendor-compliance violations* Provide frequent, accurate email and operational updates on product flow, exceptions, actions, and expected completion timing* Escalate risks proactively and coordinate cross-functional resolution of issues affecting compliance, capacity, service, or partner commitments* Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that increase accuracy, visibility, and flow across 3P operations* Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs**QUALIFICATIONS****:*** High school diploma or equivalent* At least 1–2 years of distribution, logistics, transportation, inventory, or coordinator experience preferred* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear and timely email communication* Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities* Demonstrated critical-thinking, research, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and curious approach* Ability to build effective working relationships across DC operations, home-office teams, carriers, and external partners* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and SharePoint* Experience with warehouse management, transportation, reporting, or inventory systems preferred* Able to work overtime, including additional days, based on business needs
