Job summary

Tommy Bahama is seeking a Workforce Planning Manager for our Auburn Distribution Center in Washington. This onsite role partners with DC Leadership to drive staffing plans, labor analytics, and temporary staffing programs across peak seasons.

You will manage agency relationships, timekeeping, and payroll coordination while ensuring compliance with federal and Washington state leave laws. The position offers growth within our Operations team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor analysis, business analysis, workforce administration, staffing, distribution, warehouse operations, payroll/timekeeping, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead temporary staffing administration including agency coordination, onboarding, scheduling, attendance, timekeeping, and assignment tracking.
• Monitor daily staffing levels and attendance (call-offs, tardiness, breaks, leave), communicating gaps and adjustments to leadership and agency partners; approve temporary associate timecards for payroll.
• Select and manage staffing agency partnerships, including rate negotiation, weekly payroll coordination, and invoice reconciliation.
• Maintain working knowledge of federal and Washington State leave laws and apply them to scheduling, timekeeping, and compliance reporting.
• Analyze labor performance versus goals with DC Leadership and recommend staffing adjustments; prepare monthly accrual reports for Finance and quarterly SOX user‑access reviews.
• Partner with Payroll and IT to ensure accurate timecards, resolve system issues, and support pay/schedule changes.
• Champion workplace culture / representing Tommy Bahama Group initiatives as a member of the DC Leadership team.
