Brooks in Whitestown, IN seeks a DC Wave Planner to coordinate daily workload for ecommerce and Wholesale orders, working with the DC Shipping Supervisor, other DC Supervisors, and Customer Service to wave and route orders to meet customer expectations.

You will track wave progress, release work to the floor as needed, and communicate across distribution center teams to ensure timely shipments via each carrier.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct the daily workload for ecommerce and Wholesale orders with DC Shipping Supervisor, other DC Supervisors, and Customer Service.
• Wave and route orders to be processed and shipped according to customer expectations.
• Track the progress of waves and release more work to the floor as needed.
• Maintain open lines of communication with various departments in the distribution center.
• Route waves through the assign portal for each customer and coordinate shipments through each carrier.
