Ross Stores is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee hourly associates and temporary workers in a warehouse setting. You will assess production schedules, enforce safety and policies, and drive performance through coaching and structured reviews.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, ensuring on-time merchandise distribution to stores, and maintaining accurate records. A BS degree or two years of supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages hourly team to ensure timely processing and distribution of merchandise to stores.
• Trains, motivates, coaches, and evaluates associates using MAP process.
• Ensures accurate movement and processing of merchandise using established methods.
• Organizes daily work orders and staffing to meet production goals.
• Maintains accurate time and production records; assists in associate evaluations.
• Fosters an engaging, issue-free labor relations environment.
• Conducts daily huddles and safety/HR training sessions.
