Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to oversee an hourly team in our warehouse environment. You will supervise regular associates and temporary workers, manage production schedules and man-hour requirements, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

You will train and evaluate staff, maintain records, support hiring and reviews, and foster an open, issue-free labor relations environment while driving top performance and service for our stores.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication, with organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across shifts and departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage an hourly team to ensure timely processing and distribution of merchandise to stores.
• Train, motivate, coach, and evaluate associates using MAP process.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of work by Ross and temporary staff.
• Lead daily huddle meetings and communicate priorities and objectives.
• Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations; administer reviews.
• Maintain records including time and production data; support safety and compliance.
