Job summary

Home Depot seeks a DC Area Supervisor to lead a 20–30 hourly associates in a fast-paced distribution center environment. You will hire, evaluate, develop, discipline, and terminate staff as needed while maintaining safe, efficient operations.

The role emphasizes process improvement, coaching, and driving key metrics such as accuracy, productivity, and safety. You will report to the Operations Manager and may travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience leading hourly teams and managing performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations procedures are followed and recommends changes.
• Trains, coaches and evaluates hourly associates; handles hiring and discipline.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and analyzes production metrics for improvements.
• Plans and coordinates staffing to meet production targets.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Operations Manager or General Manager.
