Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Distribution Center Area Manager in Georgia to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of associates in shipping/receiving, safety, and policy adherence. The role focuses on ensuring merchandise is received, stored, packed, and shipped efficiently to stores, with a day shift schedule.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in a high-volume distribution environment, strong leadership, and experience with WMS and MS Office. Bi-lingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years’ experience leading in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Management/leadership experience in a supply chain distribution center environment.
• Experience implementing employee engagement, mentoring/coaching and development initiatives.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to operate systems within the DC.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
