Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center (DC) Area Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of Distribution Center Associates. You will ensure shipping/receiving are performed safely, productively and in accordance with company policies to get the right products to the right stores at the right time.

Shift: Friday/Saturday/Sunday, 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. A Day in the Life: analyze productivity and accuracy data to drive performance; coach and develop team;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of leadership in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Experience with WMS and MS Office; ability to read policies and operate systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze productivity, efficiency, and accuracy data to drive team performance.
• Lead and coach the Distribution Center Associates; drive development and engagement.
• Ensure training and policy compliance across the DC; support cross-functional initiatives.
• Leverage warehouse technology and reporting tools to achieve results and ensure accuracy.
• Act as ambassador for core values and foster a professional, inclusive team environment.
