Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Distribution Manager, Supervisor, or Coordinator role.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills; Eclipse software experience preferred.
• Analytical mindset with ability to optimize warehouse processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and streamline warehouse ops to ensure timely deliveries within budget.
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule warehouse staff and temporary workers.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and ISO 9001 quality compliance where applicable.
• Design layouts to optimize space and workflows; implement supply strategies.
• Coordinate with branches, vendors, and customers to resolve issues.
• Enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
