Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a Distribution Manager, Supervisor, or Coordinator role within a high-volume warehouse environment.
• Strong computer skills using MS Word and Excel; Eclipse software experience preferred or willingness to learn.
• Ability to analyze operational data, evaluate variables, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and streamline day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule warehouse associates and temporary staff.
• Conduct counts and maintain ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Design warehouse layouts to optimize space and workflows.
• Coordinate with branches, vendors, and customers to resolve logistics issues.
• Enforce OSHA and company health, safety, and security regulations.
