Job summary

5.11 is seeking a DC Warehouse Coordinator to keep outbound orders moving, maintain accurate records, and prepare shipment documentation in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will coordinate with DC leadership and partners, use the Warehouse Management System to manage work, and ensure inventory transactions are processed accurately for reservations and picking. Strong organization and teamwork are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate waving and printing of outbound orders and shipments.
• Assist with scheduling inbound and outbound loads.
• Coordinate warehouse workflows and priorities with DC leadership and partners.
• Use the WMS to generate, process, track, and complete warehouse work.
• Maintain accurate logs, tracking records, and documentation.
• Prepare, verify, and distribute reports as needed.
• Support completion and closure of work in the WMS and systems.
• Process inventory transactions to support reservations, allocations, and picking.
• Scan, organize, and maintain documentation for tracking.
• Monitor and assist with inventory levels and usage.
• Communicate to resolve workflow or order-processing issues.
• Support 5S and maintain an organized, safe environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform additional duties to support Distribution Center operations.
