Job summary

Diverzify+ is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to track inventory and ensure orders ship correctly. You will review orders, assign staff to pick products, prepare shipments, and keep inventory records up to date while following safety guidelines.

You will supervise loading/unloading, verify outbound orders, organize staging areas, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Contribute to team efforts and perform basic math conversions as needed.

Qualifications

• Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe boots.
• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move products weighing 50 pounds unassisted.
• Able to climb steps and work in a warehouse environment.
• Safety-conscious and compliant with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist with loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring materials are secured per safety standards.
• Pull materials according to picking tickets and verify using tags.
• Verify all outbound orders for accuracy.
• Organize outbound material in staging areas and restack pallets as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and organize shipping areas.
• Coordinate manpower in the warehouse to complete daily tasks.
• Perform simple math conversions to understand units of measure.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results.
