Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in operations or related field.
• Experience leading manufacturing/distribution teams is preferred.
• Strong safety and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Follow health, safety & environment policies; lead safe working methods.
• Guide continuous improvement across operations including safety and costs.
• Lead onboarding and development activities; ensure processes, tools and resources are available.
