Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coordinate daily workflow across ambient, refrigerated, and frozen areas, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate execution. The role supports the Warehouse Supervisor and serves as a key resource for frontline Team Members on shift.

You will guide work assignments, monitor performance, reinforce SOPs, and help resolve issues while promoting continuous improvement and a strong safety culture on the warehouse floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate daily work activities and provide operational direction.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
• Experience with WMS, RF scanners, and voice-directed systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow and priorities within the assigned area in alignment with the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Monitor progress, workload distribution, and operational flow to meet daily plans.
• Provide day-to-day operational direction to Team Members regarding work assignments and procedures.
• Ensure standard operating procedures and work methods are followed.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and productivity.
