Job summary

At Home is seeking a Distribution Center Trainer in Plano, TX for a 2nd shift to safely and efficiently unload, sort, and load cartons and pallets in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct on-the-job training for new hires and teammates, operate material handling equipment, and ensure accurate receiving, sorting, and loading while following directions from Leads or Managers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years warehousing or training experience.
• Ability to learn and train on tasks required in a DC environment.
• Ability to work with others in a positive environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Learns quickly and adapts to changing needs easily.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds required.
