Job summary

At Home is seeking a Distribution Center Trainer for 2nd shift (2:30pm–11:00pm) to train team members to safely unload, sort, and load cartons and pallets in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will conduct on-the-job training for new hires and current staff, handle tasks across receiving, sorting, and outbound loading, and follow directions from leads or managers to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years warehousing or training experience.
• Ability to learn and train on various tasks required in a DC environment.
• Ability to work with others in a positive environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Learns quickly and adapts to changing needs easily.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds required.
