The Children’s Guild in Baltimore, MD seeks a Classroom Aide to provide direct, one-on-one support to students with special needs in a K-12 setting. You will help students stay engaged, safe, and reach individualized goals.

Responsibilities include implementing IEP goals, collaborating with teachers and families, participating in professional development, and supporting crisis de-escalation when needed. The role offers a stable school schedule and comprehensive benefits.
