Job summary

The Children’s Guild in Baltimore is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support students with diverse needs at the Brooklyn Campus, Baltimore, MD 21225. The role involves developing IEPs and delivering differentiated instruction to promote student growth.

You will collaborate with families, participate in PLCs and supervision, and apply PBIS/restorative practices while maintaining strong parent communication. This is a school-based, full-time opportunity with nonprofit values.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (education).
  • At least 1 year of experience working with students with special needs or autism.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
