Job summary

TPH Holdings LLC’s Distribution Center Team Lead oversees daily department activities, coaching team members and ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives are met. You will drive performance, troubleshoot with RF scanners, and guide continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations.

The role requires leadership experience, proficiency with computers and RF scanners, and a senior mindset to own process improvements and SOPs.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
Experience leading or supervising warehouse teams.
Proficiency with computers and RF scanners.
Preferred equipment operator certification in OP/RC/Forklift/Pallet Jack/Tugger.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day activities of the warehouse department.
Train, coach, and provide guidance to team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Delegate tasks and coordinate workflow within the department.
Achieve and exceed KPI goals.
Utilize RF scanner and computer system for troubleshooting and product retrieval.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Serve as subject matter expert and process owner for the department.
Assist with various warehouse functions as needed (picking, packing, receiving, stocking, loading, unloading, inventory control).
