Job summary

Rocketship Public Schools in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition to partner with DC region leaders and drive the recruitment strategy. You will forecast talent needs, build diverse pipelines, and move candidates from prospect to hire efficiently.

You will focus on hard-to-fill roles, including special education, employing proactive sourcing, referrals, partnerships, and internal pathways to sustain high-quality candidate flow and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Talent Acquisition programs and partnerships.
• Ability to build diverse candidate pipelines and data-driven recruiting.
• Strong communication with regional leaders and school principals.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of the DC region's recruitment strategy.
• Anticipate future talent needs and develop pipelines.
• Strengthen Rocketship's presence in the local talent market.
• Ensure candidates progress efficiently from prospect to hire.
• Focus on hard-to-fill and specialized roles, including special education/ISE.
