This role partners with regional and school leaders to build diverse candidate pipelines, oversee end-to-end recruitment, and address hard‑to‑fill positions such as special education, while driving a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting educators and school leaders is preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Translate staffing needs into actionable recruitment plans.
• Develop and manage candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Lead end-to-end candidate assessment and interview coordination.
• Collaborate with principals and regional leadership on hiring strategy.
