Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a System Analyst to support the Distribution Center’s WMS, LMS, and related operational technologies, ensuring stable live operations and timely enhancements.

You will partner with IT and Operations, deliver user training, testing, and data integrity oversight, and ensure compliance with BJ’s policies and safety requirements, including after-hours support when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting WMS/LMS in a distribution environment.
• Ability to test, configure, document and train users on systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WMS and LMS functionality during live DC operations.
• Maintain hardware and software for WMS-related systems and devices.
• Evaluate and implement enhancements to WMS, LMS, and tools.
• Provide training and support to distribution center teams; participate in UAT.
