Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in building and material handling equipment maintenance.
• Trade or technical schooling is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and optimize all distribution center support activities related to maintenance and equipment.
• Manage maintenance service and supply vendors to ensure parts and service quality.
• Enforce OSHA and MSDS safety standards to minimize injuries.
• Oversee inbound/outbound recycling programs for cardboard and plastic.
• Develop programs to extend equipment life and reliability for 24/7 operations.
