Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Intern, DC Systems Engineering, to support systems engineering and continuous improvement across Sephora's Distribution Center operations. You will partner with DC Operations, IT, and cross‑functional teams to analyze processes and data, develop reporting and planning solutions, and support improvements onsite at the Perryman Distribution Center.

Eligible candidates are graduating in 2027 or 2028 (undergraduate or graduate).

Qualifications

• Strong interest in supply chain, distribution operations, industrial engineering, logistics, or related disciplines.
• Foundational knowledge of or interest in supply chain systems, including WMS, WES/WCS, database systems, or labor management tools.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL with an interest in reporting and modeling tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proactive project ownership and problem‑solving in a DC environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand fulfillment workflows and identify operational challenges.
• Analyze processes, develop planning models and reporting solutions.
• Support labor forecasting and KPI tracking using Excel/SQL.
• Standardize business processes and slotting practices across the network.
• Document findings and communicate results to engineering and management teams.
