Job summary

Sephora is seeking a motivated intern to partner with DC Operations, IT, and leadership to analyze fulfillment workflows and model planning solutions. You will help collect data, identify bottlenecks, and support improvements across the distribution center in Perryman.

This role emphasizes hands-on engineering analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work toward graduation in 2027/2028, with a schedule aligned to 9-5 PST and potential for hybrid opportunities after

Qualifications

• Interest in supply chain, distribution operations, industrial engineering, logistics, or related disciplines.
• Foundational knowledge of supply chain systems (WMS, WES/WCS, databases, labor tools).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Excel and SQL; interest in reporting and modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with DC Operations, IT, and leadership to understand fulfillment workflows and system solutions.
• Apply engineering analysis to identify continuous improvement opportunities in distribution.
• Develop planning models and reports using Excel/SQL for labor forecasting and KPI tracking.
