Job summary

Sephora offers a 10-week DC Systems Engineering internship at the Perryman Distribution Center, with a 36-hour work week (Mon–Fri, EST). You will support systems engineering and continuous improvement across distribution operations, collaborating with DC Ops, IT, and cross‑functional teams to analyze processes and develop reporting solutions onsite.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, reporting, and collaboration; graduates in 2027/2028 are welcome to relocate for full‑time hybrid

Qualifications

• Interest in supply chain and distribution operations.
• Familiarity with WMS/WES/WCS and labor tools.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proactive ownership mindset and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Understand fulfillment workflows with DC Ops, IT, and leadership.
• Apply engineering analysis to identify productivity opportunities.
• Develop planning models and reports using Excel and SQL for labor forecasting and KPI tracking.
• Standardize business processes across the network by evaluating slotting and best practices.
• Document findings and communicate results to engineering and management.
