Job summary

KYB Americas Corporation in Greenwood, IN is seeking a DC Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations across Shipping, Receiving, and Order Picking. You will motivate a team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals while ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time.

As part of the DC Leadership Team, you will train and coach associates, monitor productivity and inventory accuracy, and coordinate shipments with carriers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience leading warehouse or DC teams with strong communication skills.
• Experience with inventory scanning systems and warehouse technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse associates in daily operations.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Supervise inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and inventory movement.
• Train, coach, and develop associates while maintaining a positive team environment.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and warehouse processes.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and logistics partners.
• Oversee Small Parcel operations and Redwood TMS activities.
• Ensure receiving documentation meets JSOX requirements.
• Partner with Customer Service, Sales, and other departments to meet customer expectations.
• Promote safety, teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Complete performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
