Job summary

Sephora operates a Distribution Center in Avon, IN, seeking a DC Specialist to handle waveplanning, scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and reporting. The role requires knowledge of common office tools, plus the ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential duties include following SOPs, training colleagues, ensuring safety, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous distribution center/warehouse experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to ensure integrity of work and output.
• Train floor associates in procedures and methods.
• Respond to leadership direction from Shift Coordinators and management.
• Adhere to safety rules and report violations to supervisors.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility for shifts/overtime.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
