Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking a DC Specialist at our Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. The role focuses on waveplanning, scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and reporting. A strong knowledge of warehouse operations and accurate documentation are essential.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma, experience with WMS or menu‑driven systems, and proficiency with MS Word/Outlook. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs and flexibility to shifts and overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a distribution center/warehouse environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proactive and flexible to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to ensure integrity of work and production output.
• Train floor associates in departmental SOPs and methods.
• Pro‑actively respond to direction from leadership team and supervisors.
• Follow safety rules and report violations.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexible schedules as needed.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service per company standards.
• Maintain knowledge of department operations and cross‑functional understanding.
