Job summary

Johnstone Supply, a leading HVACR distributor, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage daily operations, direct staff, and ensure timely, safe fulfillment of customer orders. The role requires forklift operation experience, strong inventory controls, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 3+ years related experience or equivalent.
At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role in a warehouse.
Experience operating forklift and other warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.
Direct labor scheduling, safety compliance, and workflow optimization.
Monitor receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
Maintain accurate counts and prepare reports; enforce SOPs and safety rules.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff; support hiring and training.
