Job summary

SanMar is seeking a Shift Manager for the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu, 10pm–6:30am) at our Distribution Center. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

You will lead daily operations, ensure timely receiving, storage and shipping, and drive efficiency across functions. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage staff and change in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Solid conflict management and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and weekly DC operations; plan, organize and monitor receiving, storage and shipping.
• Hire, manage and motivate staff; provide day-to-day performance guidance.
• Standardize procedures to improve efficiency and collaboration across functions.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and coach line management for development.
