Job summary

Fusion Transport in Romeoville, IL is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee daily warehouse and cross-dock activities in a fast-paced 3PL environment. You will lead a team, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and drive safety and quality.

This full-time role requires at least 3 years of cross-dock and logistics experience, proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Teams, and familiarity with WMS and RF technology. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in cross-dock or logistics operations.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Experience with multiple WMS and RF technology.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2nd shift of 15-20 front line associates in cross-dock ops.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor dock flow and labor allocation to maximize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and perform safety observations.
