Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Safety, Quality and Compliance (SQC) Leader to direct food safety, quality, regulatory compliance, risk management, contingency planning, and training at the Cartersville, GA, distribution center. You will lead a ~200-person operation, collaborate with CFA teams, and shape the playbook for current and future facilities.

The role demands 7+ years in EHS/FSQA within food distribution, HACCP/PCQI certifications, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7 years of EHS and FSQA experience in a food distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of distribution standards, processes, systems and contingencies related to food safety and safety.
• Experience with regulatory compliance metrics and enforcement.
• Formal safety training 24 hours per year for the past five years.
• Ability to lead in HACCP, incident investigations, audits and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality and compliance activities at a large DC and in-house fleet.
• Implement FSQA, EHS, and security operations and drive KPI reporting (e.g., OSHA 300).
• Develop training programs and deliver up-to-date FSQA/EHS trainings.
• Oversee regulatory inspections and recalls coordination with CFA entities.
• Support contingency planning for recalls, disasters, and disruptions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
