Job summary

Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation in Olive Branch is seeking a DC Trainer to train new distribution center employees in processes such as picking, packing, and shipping. You will also handle industrial equipment training and support the Continuous Improvement team.

• Knowledge of all distribution center functions: pick, pack, receive, and ship product.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for training all new distribution center employees.
• Provide direct hands-on training concerning work instructions.
• Maintain training log.
• Conduct new hire orientations.
• Assist with classroom onboarding and training.
