Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a DC Trainer to train new distribution center employees in picking, packing, and shipping processes. You will train on industrial equipment, maintain logs, and collaborate with Continuous Improvement on new processes.

The role requires a High School or GED, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. On-site manufacturing environment with potential shift flexibility and opportunities for leadership

Qualifications

• Requires a High School or GED diploma.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic math and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) are needed.
• Shows high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow work instructions and operate within timelines.
• Knowledge of distribution center functions (pick/pack/receive/ship) helpful.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend order information and work instructions.
• Provide direct hands-on training and instruction on DC processes.
• Maintain training log and material.
• Practice 5S and Safety standards.
• Adapt to changes and take on additional training duties.
• Assist with training material preparation.
• Support classroom onboarding and training.
• Be flexible to work extra shifts or other training duties.
