Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Process Improvement Supervisor to oversee DC operations and drive efficiency across the network. You will analyze processes, apply Lean Six Sigma, and deliver actionable plans to reduce waste, improve quality, and cut cycle times.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop KPIs, present progress, and champion continuous improvement across all distribution centers. A background in Lean/Six Sigma, project management, and strong communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business preferred; PMP preferred.
• 3–5 years proven continuous improvement, analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis.
• Minimum of knowledge 3–5 years in Lean or Six Sigma, preferably Black Belt, with a proven track record in the successful implementation in a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze company processes and procedures
• Equip your DC with Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence tools to improve process performance
• Develop process enhancement strategies
• Investigate shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes
• Establish norms and standards of company performance
• Collaborate with management on improvement ideas and strategies
• Develop plans to improve quality, cycle time, and cost
• Develop presentations to facilitate discussions on projects or program progress
• Stay up to date with Lean Six Sigma and supply chain optimization trends
• Perform operational analyses including risk assessments, mapping, redesign, simulation, root cause analyses, and time in motion studies
• Conduct data collection, analyses, and synthesis to generate insights for Lean deployment
• Complete post-implementation reviews to ensure sustainable improvements
• Lead and manage a network-wide supply chain program across all DCs
• Develop and deploy standardized processes, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for cross-site visibility
• Champion continuous improvement by reducing variability, overburden, and waste in programs
• Serve as SME and change agent, equipping DC leadership with Lean tools
• Conduct regular data analysis and stakeholder interviews to drive resolution strategies
• Facilitate collaboration across Quality, Operations, Procurement, Customer Experience
• Design and implement post-implementation review mechanisms to sustain improvements
• Deliver high-level presentations and reports on program impact across DCs
• Stay current with Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence best practices
