Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 - 4+ years related experience; retail distribution operations preferred
• Interface with all levels and provide clear, concise project summaries
• Must have highly developed problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and technical writing skills
• Time study, work measurement, and/or data collection experience for engineered labor standards; LMS experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project); Expert level preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Minitab and model simulation experience preferred
• Travel up to 25% of the time to lead change across the DC network

Responsibilities

• Identify and support improvements from concept through full implementation across organization
• Support operational readiness for new building start-ups and reconfigurations
• Develop and conduct training for continuous improvement (Change Management, DMAIC, Lean Sigma)
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation (Best Methods, Procedures, VMGs, Control Plans)
