Job summary

HD Supply seeks a results-driven leader to drive continuous improvement across our distribution operations. You will own cross-functional Lean Six Sigma initiatives, scale teams from the ground up, and partner with senior leaders to improve profitability and customer outcomes.

You will direct a team of process improvement professionals, manage projects end-to-end, develop scorecards, and translate strategy into actionable improvements while mentoring staff in a complex, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive management experience in matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Directs a team of process improvement professionals (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) including hiring, coaching, and delegating tasks.
• Leads development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to improve operations.
• Manages all project activities for continuous improvement and performance enhancements.
• Directs project selection, tracking, and management reporting for CI projects.
• Stays current on process improvement benchmarking and market activity.
• Leads development of CI programs and translates results into improvements.
