• 1+ years of experience in a DC, warehouse, or logistics environment.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in demanding ops.
• Strong understanding of DC processes and metrics (UPH, accuracy).
• Effective communicator with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and process improvements.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with WMS and RF scanning technology.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily priorities and performance updates to the team.
• Coordinate shift startup meetings to align safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Act as floor monitor to maintain flow between receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Support onboarding and cross-training of associates on standard work.
• Provide real-time guidance to reinforce safe, efficient, high-quality work.
• Observe SOPs and ensure proper supplies are set up for daily activities.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive real-time improvements.
• Analyze root-cause investigations for safety incidents or quality misses.
• Partner with leadership to implement continuous improvements.
• Model safe work behaviors and ensure compliance with DC safety standards.
