Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, stocking and inventory control in our distribution center in Greensboro, NC. You will handle product, perform RF-based stocking, and ensure accuracy of pallet counts and documentation.

The role requires basic computer skills, ability to pass a company test, and strong teamwork. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with automotive parts are highly valued, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must complete and pass a company-standardized test.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment.
• Must be able to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming product and maintain accurate inventory according to procedures.
• Maintain safety standards and identify unsafe practices.
• Unload merchandise from trailers, containers and trucks.
• Match skid or box counts to delivery documents and note discrepancies.
• Place skids and document vendor issues; remove parts to designated areas as needed.
• Receive product on batches, stock from vendors and process returns or transfers.
• Store products in various locations and operate equipment to place items in racking.
• Investigate discrepancies, correct records, and release products to inventory.
